I thought I was reading a Babylon Bee article at first. Food insecurity in college? I paid my own way (no assistance from my parents or anyone else) through a private college and university for graduate school, working then entire time but living on campus and eating in the dining hall. I gained about 30 pounds while in college. (Our dining hall food was actually really good.) I guess I don't understand how someone who can figure out a way to pay for room, board and tuition at a public college or university cannot figure out how to eat as well. Public college tuition is about half of what I paid at a private college and university.
