There are plenty of strawmen arguments being raised about Trump's alleged "mass deportation," including by Sen. Tim Kaine. Give the Senator credit for being very careful in his remarks and whom he didn't include among those immigrants, legal or otherwise, he would seek to protect.
Trump spokespersons have been very clear that their priority will be the 15-30,000 criminal illegal aliens ushered into the country by the Biden-Harris administration, followed by 1.4 million others who courts have already ordered to be deported. That alone will take a while. Meanwhile, look for a return of the "Gang of 14" legislation from more than a decade ago on regularizing aliens following the rules, showing up for asylum hearings, paying taxes, obeying the law, and assimilating into American culture.
