Martinez is bouncing

Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s press secretary, Christian Martinez, is moving on from his position after working for the governor since he was just a candidate in 2021. Martinez worked with the press daily and handled most of my shit-talking with grace.

He joined the Youngkin campaign in 2021 and took over as the governor’s press secretary when Macaulay Porter was promoted in 2023.

The toughest picture of Christian that has ever been taken.

The latest campaign filings with the Department of Elections

Below are the latest candidates to file their paperwork to run for House races this November.

  • Forrest Miller (D) in HD-63. Del. Phillip Scott (R) is the incumbent. This district is based in Spotsylvania County and is a strong Republican area, according to VPAP. Another Democrat, Kalin Springman, has filed to run here.
