Spanberger ends 287(g) agreements with state agencies

Gov. Abigail Spanberger directed Virginia’s state law enforcement agencies and divisions — Virginia State Police, Virginia Department of Corrections, Virginia Conservation Police, and Virginia Marine Police — to terminate all existing 287(g) agreements with U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement (ICE).
