Richmond’s Electoral Board reduces the number of early voting locations
The Richmond Electoral Board voted on Wednesday to only have one location for early voting instead of the three used in previous years. Democrats are pushing back against the decision that happened just weeks after Republicans announced their initiative to encourage supporters to vote early this year.
