Morrissey and his soon-to-be ex-wife are taking their divorce out of private and into the court of public opinion.
State Sen. Joe Morrissey (D-Chesterfield) and his wife are exchanging dramatic blows as they are in the middle of what appears to be an extremely messy divorce. Myrna, who married Morrissey back in 2016, made several accusations against her husband in a long social media post on Friday night. She accuses him of cheating, giving her an STD while she was pregnant, and much more.
Morrissey’s office responded with a statement by saying that he discovered welts and bruises on his child and his kids blamed their mother’s boyfriend. Morrissey then said he called the police and that Myrna threatened to "fucking ruin him and his life,” over the incident.
