Update: Sources on both sides of the ballot for Democratic leadership seem to believe that the vote to remove Democratic Leader Eileen Filler-Corn and Caucus Chair Charniele Herring on Wednesday will be close. A secret ballot makes this harder to predict, however, as delegates can’t be held accountable for their vote if they promise to vote one way. Democrats in the House have remained incredibly silent on this as they watch this situation unfold, except for Del. Delores McQuinn, who commented in defense of current leadership.
