Governor Youngkin gifted two red vests to state Sens. Mamie Locke and Louise Lucas after they wore matching vests last week.

He was referencing this prank last week, when the two senators wore matching Youngkin-esque vests after the governor confused them. Seems to be a mea culpa from Youngkin, who told Lucas "I so look forward to continuing our constructive working relationship."
