Keam resigns effective tonight at midnight
Fairfax Democrats confirmed a long-standing rumor on Tuesday that state Del. Mark Keam (D-Fairfax) will be resigning from the House of Delegates to serve in the Biden-Harris administration’s Commerce Department.
