Makya Little

Little sues Swecker and the State Board of Elections

Makya Little is suing over her primary loss in June. Little says she is defending the Constitution by asking the court to stop ballots from being printed with the HD-19 Democratic primary winner Rozia Henson’s name. Henson defeated Little by 49 votes in the Democratic primary.
