King pushes back against Youngkin

Martin Luther King Jr’s daughter pushed back against comments made by Governor Glenn Youngkin on the anniversary of the “I Have a Dream'“ speech. The anniversary was Sunday and Youngkin tweeted about it from his official account.

“Today, Virginians across the Commonwealth remember Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s ‘I Have a Dream’ Speech,” he tweeted. “His words inspired our country to cast aside prejudice and become a more perfect union for all Americans.”

Bernice King responded to Youngkin’s tweet not long after he posted it.
