Spanberger’s campaign provided a long explanation on Sunday as to why they will not be participating in a debate this Friday against Vega after right-wing radio host Larry O’Connor was announced as a co-moderator. Vega responded by accusing Spanberger of being scared to answer for the comments from Del. Guzman about charging parents for not affirming their child’s gender.
