Two House Democrats request a recount in their races that they lost by less than half of a point
The results from Virginia’s Nov. 2 election were certified on Monday with Republicans earning a 52-48 majority. Two of those races, however, are facing a recount after the Democratic incumbents in both contests lost by less than half of a percentage point.
