Hashmi is going on TV
State Sen. Ghazala Hashmi is the first candidate to launch a TV commercial in the crowded Democratic field seeking the nomination for lieutenant governor. According to the Hashmi campaign, the ad will run initially in the Richmond, Roanoke, and Charlottesville markets, with additional placements to be added in the coming days and weeks.
