Democrats keep the majority in the state Senate
Perry and Rouse win.
While placing two bricks on the podium to represent their “blue wall,” Democrats announced that they are keeping the majority in the state Senate after Russet Perry and Sen. Aaron Rouse win their races.
Additionally, Democrats claim victory for Josh Thomas over John STirrup — a good sign for them in the House of Delegates.
