Budgets are released
The House of Delegates and state Senate released their budget amendments Sunday afternoon. These budgets are not the same, so remember these are just their proposals, and the negotiations will likely happen behind closed doors at the end of the session to conform them to one bill.
Then it will be up to Gov. Glenn Youngkin to either sign, amend, or veto the entire bill that the General Assembly sends him.
This is just the beginning.
