Youngkin pardons Loudoun dad
Gov. Glenn Youngkin announced Sunday morning that he pardoned Scott Smith after he was convicted for his actions during a 2021 Loudoun School Board meeting. Loudoun County’s commonwealth attorney had harsh words for Youngkin after the move.
