Attorney General Jason Miyares filed to dismiss a lawsuit against Youngkin’s executive order
The Office of Attorney General Jason Miyares announced Thursday night that he has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed against Governor Glenn Youngkin’s Executive Order 2, which makes masks optional in schools.
