Some interesting money talk

Today is campaign finance day for Virginia PACs. Declared campaign committees only have to file every six months in non-election years, so they did not report their money today.

However, non-declared candidates who will likely run statewide next year have been raising money for their PACs, and they did have to file their report by midnight.
